The International Organization for Migration (IOM), together with the Asia Foundation Mongolia (TAF) developed passport inserts against human trafficking in 2007. These passport Inserts have been distributed since March 2008 at Mongolian border posts. This assessment is focused on the issues of the distribution of the inserts and their usefulness, based  on  insights  from  border  officers,  victims  of  trafficking,  and  other  stakeholders,  in  order  to  improve  content,  design  and  distribution  of  the  passport  inserts in future.
