This final evaluation report details the findings of the second external evaluation of the Rental Support Cash Grant (RSCG) programs, which were carried out in Haiti between 2010 and 2014. The programs were carried out by 10 implementing agencies that were part of this evaluation: CARE, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Concern Worldwide, GOAL, Helpage, Handicap International, the International Federation of Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), International Organization for Migration (IOM), J/P Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO) and World Vision (WVI).
