KMH's Research Fund issues two Requests for Proposals for studies on sustainable reintegration
As part of the EU-IOM Knowledge Management Hub (KMH), a Research Fund has been established allowing to commission studies addressing knowledge gaps in the field of migrant return and sustainable reintegration.
In this framework, IOM invites Service Providers/Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposals for:
- Research study on the impact of health-related needs on sustainable reintegration outcomes
With this study, IOM aims to conduct research to provide new evidence on health-needs of individual returnees as well as on the structural conditions of health infrastructures and how these are related to sustainable reintegration outcomes. The results will inform reintegration policy and practice to effectively address the health dimension of return and reintegration and bridging the gap between short-term and long-term activities. Invitation to request for proposals can be found here.
- Research study on the impact of debt on sustainable reintegration outcomes
With this study, IOM aims to conduct research to provide new cross-regional evidence on the links between debt and reintegration sustainability. The results of this study will inform reintegration policy and practice to effectively address the debt dimension of reintegration, including from a protection perspective. Invitation to request for proposals can be found here.
The Service Providers/Consulting Firms interested in submitting a proposal for either one or both research studies should contact Mr. Silvan Lange (firstname.lastname@example.org) and copy Ms. Aleksandra Izydorczyk (email@example.com) to request the full Request for Proposal package(s).
Deadline for submission of proposals is 24 December 2021.
