The Cooperation on Migration and Partnerships to Achieve Sustainable Solutions (COMPASS) programme, funded by the Dutch Government, was designed to provide direct protection and assistance services to vulnerable migrants whilst developing long-term, sustainable solutions to challenges posed by unsafe migration.

The COMPASS programme is implemented in 14 countries and seeks to address migrant protection; countering trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants; awareness raising on the risks of irregular migration; rights and legal alternatives; and voluntary return and reintegration.

As part of the programme, IOM conducts research to provide new evidence on priority cross-cutting issues to support the programme objectives and to inform policy and practice to ensure safe, orderly and regular migration beyond the programme.

In this framework, IOM invites Service Providers/Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposals for:

Mapping and desk review of existing research, tools, practices and guidelines, within and outside IOM, on the inclusion of migrants with diverse SOGIESC and a research study on the protection needs and vulnerabilities of migrants with diverse SOGIESC

The Service Providers/Consulting Firms interested in submitting a proposal should contact Ms. Linda Cottone (rcottone@iom.int) and copy Ms. Marina Ćakić (mcakic@iom.int) to request the full Request for Proposal package.

Proposals must be submitted no later than Friday, 20 August 2021 midnight (CET).
